RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Velor & Looms we want you to love what you ordered. We currently do not offer returns or refunds, however we do offer replacements under the following conditions.

When You Can Request a Replacement If you received a damaged or defective product, if there is a manufacturing defect in the item, or if you received the wrong size or wrong product.

How to Request a Replacement Email us at thevelorandlooms@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.

Please Note Replacements are subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Colour variation due to screen display is not considered a defect.
